When building a new home, for Westview Builders, its all in the

The 3,000-square-foot show home,
located at 110 Ranch Road, is unique in
that is it a bungalow with a second storey
option. On the main floor, the show home
features a dining room, great room with
two-way fireplace, master bedroom and
giant en-suite with walk-in closet. Features
include creamy walls complimented by
sleek chrome and dark custom cabinetry,
wide plank engineered hardwood and
beamed ceilings. The central spiral
staircase creates a unique focal point with

The second-storey option includes a total
